Bloom is excited to offer our Fresh & Local Yarn CSA featuring fiber 100% grown and milled in the Northeast fibershed region of the US.  In traditional CSAs, consumers purchase a small share of a farm thereby providing the farm with increased cash flow at the start of the season.  In return, shareholders receive a weekly or monthly portion of the farm's produce.  Likewise, our CSA allows us to grow, purchase and mill fiber and in turn offer seasonal yields to our members at discounted prices.
 
During each of 6 seasons of the year, members receive either a half pound (small share) or a full pound (large share) of distinct mill-spun yarn (that's a LOT of yarn!) and receive a percentage of savings off retail.  Perks such as notecards, knitting patterns, or other surprises may also appear in your Market Box of yarn!
 
Your partnership helps Bloom further our mission to grow our flock and purchase additional fiber from local farms, explore traditional and organic methods of dyeing with plants and other materials, and send 1000’s of pounds of fiber to be spun at mills in VT, CT, ME and NY.
